To get the "slightest" buzz, adjectives you have to do is rob about twice the recommended dose of a DXM-containing medication. That's about 30mg. Just taking for a moment more than you're supposed to will enable you perceive it, especially if you know what you're looking for. Lots of people I know hold accidentally gotten a little soaring off DXM a short time ago because they didn't measure their cough syrup right.
Actually, if you're sensitive approaching me you'll be able to perceive the DXM a little bit even if you hold the recommended dose...
