SAFE?? its just close to meth.. but weaker. if u work your way up slowly u can walk past 500mg at a time.
for a one time use? ... 60-120mg.. to be precise safe.
It depends on the age. Most kids at the college I work at take in the region of 10-20 mg.

It really depends on your tolerance for things. I'm sure age and weight play a factor too. I wouldn't suggest taking any more after what you doctor perscribes. Me personally, my tolerance builds early, and I have taken 100-120mgs. I am single scripted 40 a day,but I double up when I discern I need it. Besides I'm 25 and used to taking drugs.
