Depending on how much has be taken and over what period of time, no more than a few days.
A single dose of heroine will be expelled in 72 hours.
Although generally heroin stays surrounded by your system for only 24 hours everyone's body variety up is different and it can stay in a individuals system for up to 72 hours, but it can be detected on hair or skin for upto 90 days apparently!
