With just a few exceptions, adjectives United States medical schools are 4 years. I'm one and only aware of Duke allowing people to graduate within three years, and that's if they have already completed a PhD within something. Even the Dukes have to walk for 4. Pediatrics residencies are at least 3 years. That mechanism a bare minimums of 7 years once you start Medical School.
