When you donate blood you just sit softly for a short time and they put in the picture you to take things relatively natural for the next year or so, and drink some extra fluids over the next 24 hours, so it doesn't help yourself to long. as far as i know your blood will be replaced in a few hours...human organism have great possibilities...
