How long does Wellbutrin cart to work, it's be a week?

I'm on 20 mg of adderall and 60 mg of Cymbalta for adhd and anxiety/depression respectively. I noticed since i started the cymbalta, even past I did I've been have a real complex time getting an erection. I saw my doctor and it's been ruled as psychological. I know for a reality it's not physical which is good. It's adjectives in my guide apparently, but I guess the anxiety doesn't kill my libido, but it does snuff out my chance to enjoy an erection when I want one.
BTW, what bothers me more is the fact im 26 years antediluvian. I looked into wellbutrin since it is known to "help" that because it is one of the few medication with no sex effects. My doctor told me I shouldn't purely take wellbutrin because it's not strong ample, so he told me to take it near the cymbalta to counteract it's effects and add rather boost with the adderall.
A week and a partially has gone by since i rob all three and the first 48 hours i've be feeling more "randy" and have good orgasms.Now,How long does Wellbutrin cart to work, it's be a week?
You know, you really stipulation to be telling this to your doctor. Besides stopping or continuing the Wellbutrin, the other preference your doctor might consider is changing the dose.
